RainSun 霖昶实业有限公司创立于1995年，初期以电子零配件（晶圆片切割）制造加工起家，经过近20年的艰苦草创与成长茁壮，逐步扩展到目前的RainSun集团，包括霖昱微波科技股份有限公司、RainSun 霖昶(扬州)材料有限公司)及转投资的利源光电科技公司、昆山霖胜富电子公司、NFC测试中心等相关企业体系。

RainSun 霖昶（扬州）材料科技有限公司是台湾RainSun 霖昶集团股份有限公司在大陆投资新建的生产基地，以LTCC(低温共烧陶瓷)技术发展芯片天线/模块，以及RF蓝芽模块等无线产品，除了能够提供界最小的陶瓷天线外，对于RF相关的技术也相当成熟，并且成为国外无线产品大厂的OEM对象。目前除了能提供2.5Ghz、5Ghz的高频天线外，对于滤波器、功率放大器等技术掌握下，也在积极开发相关整合性产品。

由于LTCC是以陶瓷为介电材料，具有高K值与稳定的介电常数, 因而非常适合做高频功率放大器, 高频模块、陶瓷天线、滤波器…等组件供高频通讯电路, 所以它广泛应用于手机通讯、蓝芽（Bluetooth)系统、无线网络（WLAN）与全球卫星定位系统（GPS）…等的高频通讯器材中。

吸波材为EMI相关产品，利用高导磁高损失之金属在超威分子结晶为多种软磁性合金，以多层次薄膜，可宽带吸收电磁波阻绝电磁波干扰。薄带状具轻量及柔软性，可弯曲不破裂。可加工成各种形状，以利粘贴于较薄之产品上，多层次高导磁高损失之金属，合成高吸波效率。有效将电磁波能量转变成热能，无一般导电材料阻隔电波，所造成之反射、绕射、爬行等现象。吸收为解决EMI问题较好之对策。

Rainsun (Yangzhou) Material Technology Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-Rainsun Group's investment in the mainland's new production base.
